LPN Job Requirements
- Current, valid LPN or LVN license

- Ability to work 12-hour overnight shifts in an on-site long-term care environment
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills
- Commitment to resident safety, dignity, and compassionate patient care
Long-Term Care Nursing Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments within the scope of LPN/LVN practice
- Monitor resident conditions, identify changes in status, and promptly communicate concerns
- Complete accurate clinical documentation and maintain timely nursing records
- Collaborate with registered nurses, healthcare providers, nursing assistants, residents, and families
- Support a safe, respectful, and comfortable environment throughout the overnight shift
