LPN Job Requirements / Qualifications

• Active LPN license (must be valid for practice; Pennsylvania license preferred)

• Ability to complete OAPSA requirements if not a Pennsylvania resident
• Flexibility to work varying daytime shifts as needed
• Strong communication, documentation, and teamwork skills

LPN Responsibilities – Skilled Nursing Facility / Long-Term Care

• Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing facility (LTC nurse duties)
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, following facility protocols
• Monitor and document resident health and progress (including accurate charting/EMR documentation)
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal resident outcomes
• Assist with activities of daily living and support resident comfort and dignity
• Maintain compliance with facility policies and Pennsylvania state regulations
