- Contract Duration: 14 weeks (April 9, 2026 – July 17, 2026)

- Shift: 8-hour Evenings (2:00 PM – 10:30 PM)
- Employment Type: Travel (Travel LPN / LPN travel nursing)
- Weekend Commitment: Every weekend required
- Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours/week
- Local Candidates Only: Must have own transportation
Job Requirements
- Active LPN license in Vermont (Licensed Practical Nurse)
- Minimum 1 year of LPN experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or similar geriatric care setting
- Ability to commit to every weekend shifts (evening shift)
- Reliable transportation (local candidates only)
- All requested time off (RTO) must be documented in contract for approval
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate nursing care to residents in a long-term care facility (resident care, geriatric nursing)
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed (medication administration, clinical skills)
- Monitor and document residents' health status and progress in the medical record (documentation, EMR familiarity)
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure quality, person-centered care (team-based care)
- Support residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) and promote overall well-being
- Maintain accurate medical records and adhere to facility policies, infection control, and safety standards
Preferred Skills (Helpful for LPN LTC Candidates)
- Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) and clinical documentation
- Familiarity with wound care, ADL assistance, and geriatric assessments
- Strong communication and teamwork skills in a long-term care setting
