• Employment Type: Travel Contract / Travel Nurse

• Duration: 10 weeks
• Shift: Evening shift, 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM (8-hour shifts)
• Hours per Week: 40
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,160 – $1,230

Job Requirements / Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Pennsylvania
• Minimum 1 year LPN experience, preferably in long-term care, skilled nursing, or LTC settings
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
• Strong communication, teamwork, and resident-focused care skills
• Ability to work efficiently on evening shift in a fast-paced long-term care facility

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care for residents in the long-term care (LTC) facility
• Administer medications, treatments, and follow physician orders accurately
• Monitor, assess, and document residents’ conditions and communicate changes to the healthcare team
• Collaborate with RNs, physicians, CNAs, and support staff to ensure comprehensive care
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) while promoting dignity and independence
• Maintain timely, accurate medical records in accordance with facility and regulatory policies
