Job Requirements
- Active Colorado RN license
- Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred; no minimum years of experience required
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team
- Comfortable providing patient care in a night shift environment
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care and skilled nursing setting
- Perform assessments, monitor resident status, and respond to changes in condition
- Administer medications and treatments according to care plans and facility protocols
- Coordinate with physicians, nursing staff, and other care team members to support resident outcomes
- Document care accurately and maintain compliance with nursing standards and facility policies
- Support a safe, comfortable, and respectful environment for residents
- Contribute to continuity of care during overnight shifts
