Job Requirements
- Active CNA certification
- At least 1 year of CNA experience in a healthcare or inpatient care setting preferred
- Experience in Med/Surg, acute care, or similar clinical support environments is a plus
- Ability to work overnight 12-hour shifts and maintain a reliable schedule
- Strong communication, teamwork, and patient-care skills
- Comfort assisting with routine clinical support and personal care tasks in a fast-paced unit
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient support under the supervision of nursing staff
- Assist with activities of daily living, mobility, and basic comfort measures
- Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the care team
- Support safe, clean, and organized patient care environments
- Help with routine unit tasks to keep patient flow moving smoothly
