- Shift Duration: 12-hour night shifts
- Hours per Week: 36
- Shifts per Week: 3
- Schedule: Nights, every other weekend, and every other holiday
- Start Date: 10/4/2026

Job Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- At least 1 year of recent Med/Surg nursing experience required
- Prior experience in a fast-paced, high-activity clinical setting preferred
- Strong assessment, prioritization, critical thinking, and communication skills
- Ability to work night shift nursing schedules and provide dependable weekend/holiday coverage
- Comfort working in a dynamic inpatient environment with frequent patient movement and multiple care areas
Responsibilities
- Deliver safe, compassionate, and efficient medical/surgical nursing care to patients
- Administer medications, monitor patient status, and respond to changes in condition
- Collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team to support patient flow and continuity of care
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and uphold quality nursing standards
- Adapt to a busy Med/Surg unit while managing competing priorities effectively
- Support scheduled night, weekend, and holiday coverage as needed
