Job Requirements
- Active California RN license
- Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
- At least 2 years of Registered Nurse experience, preferably in Medical Surgical or Telemetry nursing
- Strong clinical assessment, prioritization, and critical thinking skills
- Ability to adapt to rotating shifts and floating assignments as needed
- Ability to provide required compliance documents, references, and work history during onboarding
Responsibilities
- Deliver safe, compassionate, and high-quality nursing care to adult medical-surgical patients
- Monitor patient status, recognize changes in condition, and respond appropriately
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with established protocols and provider orders
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to support coordinated patient care
- Document assessments, interventions, and patient outcomes accurately and on time
- Maintain professionalism, flexibility, and a patient-first mindset throughout the travel assignment
