Job Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- At least 1 year of recent Med/Surg nursing experience required
- Experience in an acute care or medical-surgical hospital setting preferred
- Strong clinical assessment, prioritization, and time management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced adult med-surg environment
- Professional, team-oriented approach to patient care
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to adult medical-surgical patients
- Monitor patient conditions, respond to changes in status, and communicate appropriately with the care team
- Administer medications and treatments according to the plan of care
- Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately and in a timely manner
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and fellow nurses to support safe, effective patient outcomes
- Promote a positive patient experience through compassionate, attentive bedside care
