Travel Nursing Job Details
- Location: Lawton, Oklahoma

Med-Surg Registered Nurse Job Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure eligible for practice in Oklahoma
- At least 6 months of medical-surgical nursing experience
- Ability to work 12-hour overnight shifts in an on-site hospital setting
- Strong clinical assessment, prioritization, and patient-care planning skills
- Effective communication and the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams
Travel RN Responsibilities
- Assess patients and develop individualized nursing diagnoses and comprehensive care plans
- Deliver and evaluate total nursing care for adult medical-surgical patients
- Monitor patient conditions, recognize changes in status, and communicate concerns promptly
- Administer care in accordance with professional nursing standards, clinical protocols, and patient-care plans
- Work cooperatively with ancillary departments, nursing colleagues, and other members of the patient-care team
- Promote continuity, safety, and quality throughout the patient-care experience
