Join the Med/Surg Staffing Resource Team as a Travel Nurse (Registered Nurse, RN) in scenic Lebanon, New Hampshire (Upper Valley). This medical-surgical RN job allows you to float between multiple med/surg units and provide care to a diverse adult patient population in a supportive clinical team environment.

Job Details

• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,250 – $2,370
• Location: Lebanon, NH 03756 — New Hampshire nursing jobs, Upper Valley
• Assignment Duration: 13 weeks (April 27, 2026 – July 25, 2026)
• Hours / Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
• Shift: 12-hour rotating shifts (Day/Night rotation: 07:00–19:00 or 19:00–07:00)
• Employment Type: Travel nurse, On-site clinical role

Med/Surg RN Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of recent medical-surgical RN experience (Med/Surg Registered Nurse)
• Previous float experience highly preferred — experience as a Travel Nurse or float RN valued
• NH RN License or Compact License (proof of state residency required) — New Hampshire nursing jobs applicants welcome
• BLS certification (AHA preferred)
• Clinical skills: chest tubes, drips (Diltiazem, heparin, Lasix, insulin, amiodarone), lines/tubes/drains, trachs/laryngectomies, telemetry monitoring, complex wound care, central line care and maintenance, blood draws

Key Responsibilities

• Float between all Med/Surg units as needed, including ED and PACU borders — strong clinical flexibility required
• Provide coverage as Deceased Patient Coordinator (DPC) when required
• Deliver high-quality patient care to adult patients across multiple units, ensuring patient safety and positive outcomes
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams (physicians, unit managers, respiratory therapy, case management) to coordinate care
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation and uphold best practices in nursing care and regulatory compliance
