Job Details
- Assignment Length: 13 weeks (June 14, 2026 – September 12, 2026)
- Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,910 – $2,010 (competitive travel nurse pay)
- Position: Travel Registered Nurse (RN) – Medical/Surgical Telemetry (3 North Unit)
- Shift: 12-hour nights (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)
- Hours per Week: 36

Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of recent RN experience in a Med/Surg Telemetry or acute care telemetry setting
- Active RN license with Nursys verification (travel nurse licensure requirements)
- ACLS and BLS certifications (AHA required)
- NIH Stroke Certification
- Recent EPIC EMR experience within the last 12 months (must be listed on resume)
- Accredited nursing degree (ACEN or CCNE)
- Ability and willingness to float to other inpatient units as needed
- Solid black scrubs required
- Must provide required health and competency documentation for onboarding
- Maximum of 7 days requested time off (RTO) allowed; no RTO during the first two weeks of assignment
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care on a busy Med/Surg Telemetry unit; deliver safe inpatient nursing care consistent with hospital policies
- Monitor, interpret, and respond to telemetry rhythms; escalate concerns per clinical protocols
- Administer medications, perform head-to-toe assessments, and document care accurately in EPIC
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams (physicians, therapists, social work) to optimize patient outcomes
- Float to other units when required to support staffing needs and maintain continuity of care
- Maintain compliance with facility policies, participate in competency exams, and engage in ongoing education
