Job Requirements
- At least 1 year of MRI Technologist experience required
- Prior hospital-based MRI experience preferred
- Experience working with Siemens MRI equipment required
- Current applicable state licensure and/or national certification as required for practice
- Strong knowledge of MRI safety standards, imaging protocols, and patient positioning
- Ability to provide compassionate care and clear communication to patients and team members
Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality MRI examinations in a hospital setting according to established protocols
- Prepare, screen, and position patients safely for MRI procedures
- Operate Siemens MRI equipment efficiently and accurately
- Monitor patient comfort and safety throughout imaging procedures
- Maintain accurate documentation and support timely workflow within the imaging department
- Collaborate with radiologists, nurses, and interdisciplinary team members to support quality patient care
- Follow all MRI safety procedures, infection prevention standards, and departmental guidelines
