Nuclear Medicine Technologist Job Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist preferred
- Current BLS certification
- California NMTC credential
- NMTCB certification and/or ARRT(N)
- Ability to work a day shift schedule and every third weekend
- Strong attention to detail, patient care, and imaging safety practices
Responsibilities
- Perform nuclear medicine procedures and support accurate diagnostic imaging
- Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals in accordance with safety protocols
- Operate imaging equipment and ensure high-quality image acquisition
- Collaborate with physicians and the care team to support timely patient care
- Maintain detailed documentation and follow established clinical standards
- Promote patient comfort, safety, and a positive care experience throughout each procedure
