- Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,710 - $2,920
- Hours: 40 hours per week
- Shift Duration: 10-hour day shifts
- Weekend Requirement: Every 3rd weekend
- Holiday Requirement: Every 3rd holiday
- Charting System: Epic preferred
- Floating: May float within skillset to cardiac areas as needed
- Scrubs: Black
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of nuclear medicine experience in a hospital or clinical imaging setting
- Must hold both Nuclear Medicine and CT credentials
- Accepted Nuclear Medicine credentials: ARRT(N) or CNMT
- Accepted CT credentials: ARRT(CT), NMTCB(CT), R.T.(R)(CT)(ARRT), or R.T.(N)(CT)(ARRT)
- BLS certification required
- Experience with diagnostic and therapeutic nuclear medicine studies
- Experience working with GE and Philips nuclear medicine cameras preferred
- Epic experience preferred
- Ability to adapt to adult nuclear medicine and nuclear cardiology environments
- Pending New Jersey radiologic technologist license accepted
Responsibilities
- Perform a wide range of nuclear medicine exams, including diagnostic and therapeutic studies
- Support CT and nuclear medicine workflows while maintaining high standards of patient care
- Operate GE and Philips nuclear medicine cameras safely and efficiently
- Prepare, position, and monitor patients throughout imaging procedures
- Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure accurate, timely diagnostic imaging
- Maintain quality, safety, and radiation protection standards
- Float to cardiac areas within scope and skillset when needed
- Document procedures accurately in the preferred charting system
