Job Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- Minimum 1 year of recent nursing experience required
- Chemotherapy certification required
- Experience in oncology nursing, infusion therapy, or a similar clinical setting preferred
- Strong assessment, IV therapy, and patient education skills
- Ability to work independently while supporting a collaborative healthcare team
Responsibilities
- Provide safe, compassionate care to oncology and infusion patients
- Administer chemotherapy and infusion treatments according to established protocols
- Monitor patients during treatments and respond appropriately to changes in condition
- Perform patient assessments, documentation, and treatment coordination
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans, symptom management, and follow-up care
- Maintain a calm, organized, and patient-focused environment in the infusion center
