- Shift Duration: 8-hour days

- On-Call: Weekday and weekend on-call coverage required
Job Requirements
- At least 1 year of OR Tech or Surgical Technologist experience required
- Current CST certification through NBSTSA required
- Strong experience in orthopedic, neurological, and vascular surgical cases
- Ability to maintain a sterile field and support safe, efficient surgical workflows
- Comfortable participating in weekday and weekend on-call coverage
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented operating room environment
- Experience in perioperative care and surgical support preferred
Responsibilities
- Prepare operating rooms and surgical instruments for procedures
- Assist surgeons and the perioperative team during a variety of surgical cases
- Maintain sterile technique throughout all phases of the procedure
- Anticipate the needs of the surgical team and provide instruments and supplies promptly
- Support orthopedic, neuro, and vascular procedures with confidence and precision
- Participate in on-call coverage as scheduled to support patient care needs
- Help ensure a smooth, efficient, and safe surgical experience for every patient
- Collaborate with the operating room staff to support high-quality patient outcomes
