- Shift Duration: 8-hour day shifts
- Shift Hours: 6:30 AM - 3:30 PM
- Call: Call rotation required
- Floating: Floating to additional surgery location(s) may be required
- Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,000 - $2,100
Job Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum of 2 years of Operating Room RN experience required
- Circulating nurse experience in the operating room preferred
- Experience in a surgical environment with a 1:1 patient ratio
- Ability to participate in call rotation and support holiday coverage as needed
- Strong communication, teamwork, and critical thinking skills
- Experience with Cerner or Surginet is a plus
Responsibilities
- Provide safe, efficient, and compassionate care to surgical patients
- Circulate during surgical procedures and support the surgical team
- Anticipate patient, surgeon, and procedural needs throughout the operative process
- Assist with communication, coordination, and timely progression of surgical cases
- Maintain accurate documentation and support department workflow
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and OR personnel to promote optimal patient outcomes
- Support supply readiness, preference card updates, and overall OR efficiency
