- Position: Travel Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN)
- Setting: Acute care hospital operating room
- Location: Santa Rosa, CA 95405
- Assignment Length: 13 weeks
- Shift Duration: 12-hour nights
- Shifts Per Week: 3
- Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,480 - $2,610
- Start Date: October 5, 2026
- Orientation: 40 hours
- Schedule: Night shift with weekend and on-call expectations as needed
- Charting System: Epic

Job Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse license in hand at time of submission
- Active compact nursing license available at submission
- Minimum 2 years of Operating Room RN experience required
- Trauma Level I experience required
- Experience with trauma, neuro, vascular, and ortho surgical cases required
- Travel RN experience required
- Current BLS certification required
- Epic charting experience required
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and on-call shifts as scheduled
- Must be willing to float between like units and nearby sister facilities if needed
- Must submit all requested time-off needs up front
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality perioperative nursing care in a busy operating room environment
- Assist with a variety of surgical procedures, including trauma, ortho, neuro, vascular, general, GU, GYN, plastics, and ENT cases
- Support safe patient preparation, intraoperative monitoring, and post-procedure handoff coordination
- Collaborate closely with surgeons, scrub staff, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to maintain efficient workflow
- Participate in on-call coverage and weekend rotations as assigned
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation in Epic
- Follow established safety, infection control, and universal protocol standards
- Adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced trauma-capable OR setting
