• Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,030–$2,190/week
• Setting: Outpatient Rehab Therapy (neuro and orthopedic focus)
• Assignment Length: 13 weeks
• Start Date: April 6, 2026
• End Date: July 5, 2026
• Shift: 5 × 8 hr shifts × 40 hrs/week (exact hours discussed during interview)
• Employment Type: Travel SLP / Travel Therapy
• On-Site Position: Split clinical time between Coliseum and Sentara Williamsburg Therapy Center

Required Qualifications

• Active Virginia Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license
• Minimum of 2 years of outpatient SLP experience with demonstrated neuro and orthopedic caseload expertise
• Experience working in both neurologic and orthopedic outpatient settings
• Ability and willingness to split clinical time between two therapy center locations
• Two current professional references within the last 2 years (one reference from management recommended)

Primary Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality speech-language pathology evaluation and treatment in an outpatient rehab setting
• Assess, diagnose, and treat patients with neurologic and orthopedic conditions
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focused on functional outcomes
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary outpatient rehab team (PT/OT, physicians, nursing) to optimize patient progress
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation and comply with facility protocols and regulatory requirements
• Manage clinical time across two therapy centers as needed
