• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,990 – $2,090

• Contract Duration: 13 weeks (April 26, 2026 – July 26, 2026)
• Shift: 12-hour day shifts (07:00 – 19:30), 3 shifts per week
• Hours per Week: 36
• Employment Type: Travel RN / Travel Nurse
• Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend
• Holiday Requirement: Based on unit needs (July 4th required)
• Orientation: Comprehensive multi-day orientation including Epic training and unit onboarding

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years recent experience in Critical Care or Intensive Care Unit (ICU); Progressive Care Unit (PCU) experience preferred
• Experience with CRRT, Bipap/BiPAP, chest tubes, PICC lines and drawing own labs
• Comfortable conducting codes and consults independently — strong critical thinking and independent practice expected
• Valid Kansas RN license or Compact RN license
• Current BLS and ACLS; NIH certification required
• Willingness to float to ICU and all inpatient units (Med/Surg, Med/Tele, Acute/Tele, ED)
• No new graduate applicants; nicotine-free facility

Primary Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality progressive care nursing to PCU patients, including complex and medically acute patients
• Perform advanced interventions such as CRRT management, Bipap management, chest tube care, PICC line care, and lab draws
• Respond to and lead codes and consults as needed; collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes
• Float across inpatient units when required and adapt to varied patient populations
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in Epic EMR
• Participate fully in orientation, Epic training, and ongoing unit education
