Physical Therapist Job – Rehab Assignment in West Point, Pennsylvania
We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) for a 13-week rehab assignment in West Point, Pennsylvania. Physical Therapist Job Requirements
- Strong clinical assessment, treatment planning, and patient care skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary healthcare and rehabilitation teams
- Excellent communication, patient education, and documentation skills
Physical Therapy Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans based on functional goals
- Provide evidence-based physical therapy interventions to support recovery, mobility, and independence
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Document evaluations, treatments, and progress in a timely and accurate manner
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and rehabilitation staff to coordinate patient care
- Educate patients and families on exercises, mobility strategies, and ongoing rehabilitation needs
- Maintain a safe, professional, and patient-centered treatment environment
