- Shift: 12-hour rotating shifts
- Schedule Notes: Varied shifts with an average of 3 days of call per month
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of independent experience as a Radiologic Technologist or X-Ray Technologist
- Current Hawaii Radiologic Technologist license as a radiographer
- Current ARRT certification
- Current BLS certification
- Strong knowledge of radiation safety, imaging procedures, and diagnostic protocols
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced clinical environment
- Experience with DR fixed equipment, DR fluoro equipment, C-arms, and portable DR equipment
- Preferred experience with Philips DR, Philips C-arms, OEC C-arms, Philips Fluoro, Konica DR, and EPIC EMR
- Dosimetry badge required
Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality diagnostic imaging procedures in a busy radiology and diagnostic imaging department
- Operate radiographic and fluoroscopic equipment safely and accurately
- Maintain compliance with radiation safety standards, imaging protocols, and departmental procedures
- Provide efficient, compassionate patient care while working independently
- Use proper dosimetry practices and follow all required safety measures
- Support imaging workflow and assist with assigned clinical duties across the department
- Adapt to rotating shifts and participate in call coverage as scheduled
