We’re hiring a Home-Based Respiratory Therapist (RRT or CRT) to deliver in-home respiratory care to patients using ventilators, oxygen therapy, and advanced respiratory equipment across Southeast Minnesota. This is a weekday-only, relationship-driven role where you can slow down, educate patients properly, and see the real impact of your work.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 40 hrs/wk
What You’ll Do:
- Conduct in-home respiratory assessments
- Educate patients and caregivers on ventilators, oxygen, and respiratory equipment
- Adjust ventilator settings per physician orders
- Troubleshoot and monitor advanced respiratory devices
- Provide follow-up care and ongoing phone-based clinical support
- Accurately document services and patient interactions
- Support training and onboarding of new clinical staff
- Participate in an on-call rotation for urgent patient needs
Who This Role Is Ideal For
- An RRT or CRT with an active state license
- Experienced or interested in home-based respiratory care
- Comfortable working independently and managing your day
- Patient-focused, educational, and relationship-driven
- Ready for a role with better balance and long-term sustainability
Preferred (Not Required):
- 1+ year of respiratory therapy experience
- Home health or DME experience
