Compensation
- Pay: $37–$40/hour (based on experience)
- Up to $4k Sign-On Bonus
- Mileage Reimbursement
Schedule & Territory
- Status: Part-Time (20 hours/week)
- Schedule: Flexible
- On-Call: Required for emergency support (rotational)
A Day-in-the-Life:
- Perform in-home respiratory assessments
- Educate patients and caregivers on ventilators, oxygen, and respiratory devices
- Adjust ventilator settings per physician orders
- Troubleshoot and monitor advanced respiratory equipment
- Provide follow-up care and clinical phone support
- Accurately document patient interactions and care
- Participate in on-call rotation
- Support onboarding and training of new clinicians
Requirements
- Active PA license as a Registered Respiratory Therapist or Certified Respiratory Therapist, OR a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle
- Comfortable working independently in patient homes
- Ability to lift and transport equipment (up to 65 lbs)
Preferred (Not Required):
- Home health or respiratory care experience
- 1+ year of clinical experience
