- Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,490 - $2,950
- Location: Dalton, GA (30720) — Travel RN / Homecare RN opportunity
- Assignment Duration: 13 weeks
- Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (No nights, no weekends)
- Hours per Week: 40
- Employment Type: Travel, On-site (Home Health Nurse)
Qualifications / Job Requirements
- Active RN license in Georgia (Registered Nurse)
- Minimum 1 year of nursing experience (case management or homecare experience preferred)
- Familiarity with Homecare Homebase EMR is a plus
- Strong organizational, documentation, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple homecare cases
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage patient care plans for homecare clients as a Case Management RN
- Conduct admissions, comprehensive assessments, and care plan development
- Document patient care and coordinate services using Homecare Homebase EMR
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes in home health
- Provide education and support to patients and families throughout the homecare process
