Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience; infusion experience preferred
• Strong IV insertion and infusion therapy skills (IV therapy, infusion administration)
• Excellent communication, patient education, and clinical assessment abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team

Primary Responsibilities

• Administer infusion therapies and closely monitor patient responses and adverse reactions
• Perform IV insertions, secure IV access, and manage infusion devices
• Safe medication administration including infusion medications and documentation of doses
• Conduct patient assessments before, during, and after infusions; escalate concerns appropriately
• Provide clear patient and family education on infusion procedures, home care, and follow-up
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and uphold outpatient infusion clinic standards
• Collaborate with physicians, pharmacists, and clinic staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes
