• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,603 – $1,781

Job Requirements

• Active RN license in Maryland or compact state (Registered Nurse)
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a Pediatric ER, pediatric acute care, or similar emergency nursing setting
• BLS certification (required)
• PALS certification (preferred)
• Strong pediatric clinical assessment, triage, and communication skills
• Comfortable collaborating with multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced emergency unit

Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, evidence-based care to pediatric patients presenting with acute illnesses and injuries
• Perform triage, focused assessment, and treatment for pediatric emergencies
• Administer medications, IV therapy, and emergency interventions according to protocol
• Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and support staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Educate and support families during stressful situations, providing clear discharge instructions and follow-up guidance
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation and uphold patient safety and quality standards
