- Role: HR Business Analyst / Leave of Absence Analyst – FMLA administrator (temporary)

Job Requirements / Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in business analysis, HR leave administration, or related field
- Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Strong knowledge of FMLA, ADA, NJFLA and other federal/state/local leave laws and regulations
- Exceptional organizational, analytical, and written/verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume HR environment
- Preferred: Experience in healthcare or academic medical center HR or leave administration
- Preferred: Familiarity with Delaware, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania leave laws
- Preferred: Proficiency with HRIS and leave management systems (absence tracking, case management)
- Preferred: Experience collaborating with legal counsel on ADA/leave cases and reasonable accommodations
Key Responsibilities
- Administer employee leaves and accommodations in compliance with FMLA, NJFLA, ADA, and internal policies
- Manage ADA/OTJA caseloads, lead the interactive process, and coordinate reasonable accommodations with employees, managers, HR partners, and legal as needed
- Review and analyze medical documentation to determine eligibility, required actions, and next steps
- Maintain accurate, timely case documentation in the LOA tracking system and process approvals, denials, and extensions
- Communicate case decisions, timelines, and expectations clearly to employees, HR partners, and managers
- Ensure confidentiality and compliance with all applicable laws, policies, and procedures
- Support process improvements in leave management and HRIS data accuracy
