• Contract Duration: 13 weeks (April 20, 2026 – July 20, 2026)
• Employment Type: Travel
• Shift: Rotating Day (07:00 – 19:30) and Night (19:00 – 07:30), 12-hour shifts
• Hours per Week: 36
• Weekend Coverage: Required
• Call Coverage: Required

Required Qualifications – RN House Supervisor / Nursing Leadership

• Active California Registered Nurse (RN) license
• BLS (AHA) and ACLS (AHA) certifications
• Minimum 5 years of RN experience with prior charge or supervisory experience
• Experience with Epic electronic medical record (EMR) system
• Clinical experience in a Trauma Level II hospital preferred
• Ability to provide 7-year work history verification
• Must be available for lab work within 3–5 days of signing
• Only one holiday RTO approved during contract

Key Responsibilities – Hospital Operations & Clinical Supervision

• Serve as RN House Supervisor and travel nurse leader overseeing hospital bed control and operational needs
• Ensure adequate staffing, coordinate shift assignments, and provide charge nurse leadership across departments
• Respond to codes and Rapid Response Team (RRT) activations; provide clinical direction as needed
• Act as administrative representative in the absence of management; support hospital leadership and decision-making
• Supervise personnel across units, serve as administrative liaison, and provide functional guidance for patient care and non-clinical services
• Interpret and implement hospital policies and procedures to support regulatory compliance and workplace safety
• Support performance improvement initiatives, incident reporting, and orientation of new staff
