• Call: 24-hour call coverage, 0700-0700; typically 3–4 days per month
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $5,780–$6,850
• Patient Volume: Up to 16 encounters per shift
• Setting: Clinic, in-office procedures, and surgical/OR support

Job Requirements

• Board certified in Urology required
• At least 1 year of Urology experience preferred
• Active or eligible Washington medical licensure required
• Fellowship training preferred
• Strong background in general adult urology required
• Required procedures and skills include ureteroscopy, prostatectomy, robotic surgery, TRUS biopsies, renal and bladder ultrasound, incontinence procedures, laparoscopic surgeries, and ESWL
• Required certifications: ABLS, ACLS, BLS, and PALS
• Clean history may qualify for expedited privileges

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive general urology care in both outpatient clinic and procedural settings
• Perform in-office procedures such as cystoscopies, fusion biopsies, bladder biopsies, and UDS testing
• Support scheduled OR time and perform surgical procedures as appropriate
• Serve as the primary urology provider on call, with APP backup support available
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary clinical team to ensure continuity, safety, and quality of care
• Manage patient care efficiently while maintaining a high standard of clinical excellence
