Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred)
- 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, including at least 5 years in a senior HR management or executive role within healthcare or large organizations
- Strong knowledge of U.S. employment law, healthcare HR best practices, and HRIS systems
- Proven success leading human resources strategies in complex or rapidly growing healthcare organizations
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and executive decision-making skills
- Professional HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) highly preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement human resources strategies aligned with healthcare organizational goals and growth plans
- Serve as a trusted advisor to the executive leadership team on all HR and healthcare workforce matters
- Lead workforce planning, healthcare recruitment, and retention strategies to attract and retain top healthcare talent
- Design and implement leadership development and succession planning programs for healthcare professionals
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance workplace culture in a healthcare setting
- Drive initiatives to improve employee engagement and retention within healthcare teams
- Oversee design and administration of competitive compensation and employee recognition programs for healthcare staff
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and healthcare regulations
- Manage HR policies, procedures, and systems to ensure operational efficiency in healthcare HR functions
- Lead performance management processes that support accountability and professional growth in healthcare roles
- Champion Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives across all healthcare HR functions
- Support organizational change management through clear communication and employee support programs in the healthcare sector
